Obtaining a Transcript from a Closed Institution

The Kansas Board of Regents maintains student records from many closed private postsecondary institutions with a previous certificate of approval to operate in Kansas. Although we make every effort to retrieve student records from closed schools, some records were not received from the school or are incomplete. Please follow the process listed below for the school you attended.
